I usually have a particular look in mind so unfortunately not everyone who contacts me will
be selected. However, your details will remain on my database for possible future shoots.
In return for taking part you will receive a selection of finished pictures (typically 5-
Inspired?
This project is all about portraying feminine elegance in a classy, timeless way.
With an aesthetic inspired by 30’s & 40’s Hollywood photographers such as
George Hurrell and the film noir era, my aim is to capture images that are sexy,
sensual, erotic and emotive.
The key phrase for the styling is ‘sexy elegance’. This could include such iconic
dressage as lingerie, corsets, voluptuous evening dresses, silk dressing gowns,
sleek black dresses, implied/nude, fetish wear, satin, silk, lace, stockings,
suspenders, extravagant hats & feather boas.
To encourage models to get involved in the creative process I’m challenging them
to create two to three different looks from their own wardrobe, using the above
examples as a guide.
Due to the nature of the shots, potential models must be 18 plus, comfortable with
portraying images of a sexy nature and able to work up to at least lingerie level.
Started in Oct 2009, this project will run through much of 2010. When I have enough
images I will be producing a book which will be available on this website and through
select retailers.
